1. Sleep Hygiene & Return Eligibility
Pillows are intimate bedding items that come into direct contact with the face, hair, and respiratory tract. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and standard British bedding health codes:
- Items must be in Brand New, Unused, and Unwashed condition.
- Pillows must remain sealed inside their original manufacturer hygiene plastic sleeves or fabric presentation zip bags.
- All original product inserts, care tags, and outer branded packaging must be complete and intact.
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, pillows that have been unsealed from hygienic protection wrappers, slept on, tested without hygienic wrapping, laundered, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return or refund.
2. How to Return Your Pillows (By Mail Only)
- Repackage: Place the brand-new, unopened pillow securely back into its original retail presentation casing and protective outer shipping box.
- Attach Return Label: Locate the pre-printed, postage-paid return shipping label enclosed in your delivery parcel, and affix it firmly over the original parcel label.
- Drop Off: Take the parcel to any designated Post Office branch or courier drop-off point stated on the label. Always request and retain proof of postage receipt.
3. Inspection & Refund Timeline
- Warehouse Inspection: Once your return arrives at our premises, our quality inspection team will examine the hygienic seal within 3 business days.
- Refund Issuance: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Payment Method: Refunds are credited strictly back to the original payment card used at checkout (Visa or Mastercard).
