By accessing our site or ordering pillows from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Consumer Protection & Hygiene Standards

Nothing in these Terms compromises your legal statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Pillows are hygienic bedlinen goods. Under Section 28(3)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items that have been unsealed from their protective packaging after delivery are exempt from standard returns.

3. Orders & Payment Methods

• All prices are quoted and charged in Pound Sterling (GBP, £).
• We accept payment exclusively via Visa and Mastercard. Other payment methods are not accepted.
• All orders are subject to card issuer validation checks and fraud screening.

4. Delivery & 28-Day Returns

• Delivery is Free across the UK. Handling takes 1–2 business days (2:00 PM GMT cut-off); courier transit takes 3–7 business days (estimated total: 4–9 business days).
• We provide a 28-day return policy. Returns are free using the pre-printed return label included in your parcel. Returned pillows must be strictly brand new, unopened, and sealed.
• Refunds are inspected and processed within 3 business days of return receipt.
